Do not buy Africard for Mali on PhoneCardOnSale.com, they have 2 phone
cards on their Mali page, EAST & Africard. EAST phonecard at $.50/minute
is good. Africard at $.21/minute does not work in Mali. Africard is one
of their best sellers for calling other countries, it may work in other
countries, but it does not work in Mali very well, it should not be on
their Mali page, I asked them to remove it from their Mali page, you can
ask them, too:

My advice comes from having tried Africard for Mali and finding it does
