I am a student at New York University School of Law. As part of the NYU
International Human Rights Law Clinic, I am analyzing the different methods
by which African countries have chosen to incorporate punishment for serious
international crimes in their domestic legal systems. I have so far been
unable to obtain a copy of the Mali Penal Code (2001). I would be greatly
appreciative if you could provide any assistance in obtaining a copy of
Articles 28-32 of the Penal Code.
