Dear Oliver,
You shouldn't have much trouble finding your father. If you are not
successful on malilink, you can contact the malian national radio and
television broadcast services. There is one national radio program that most
everyone listen to for a dedicated messages program at well-known regular
hours. If they read your message even once, I am sure your father will be
informed.
