The West severely criticized President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe for wresting
back control of arable lands in the country from the very small minority of
whites control them, so as to redistribute them to Africans. (In the volune 12
No. 44, September 5-11, 2002, issue of the African Sun Times, i tried to
dissect the land-issue in Zimbabwe and Namibia. Since then, I have received so
many hate letters from angry "whites," especially those in South Africa and

AN IMMIGRANT SOVIET JEW'S VIEW ON AFFIRMATIVE ACTION
It is sad that efforts to offer solutions to problems facing blacks often
encounter resistance just because their proponents are not black. Donít rush
to
dismiss me as an outsider and my view as racist. As a persecuted minority,
Jews
are well equipped to understand the problems blacks face. Our experience
