Cette regle est plus que jamais actuelle au Mali du 3eme millenaire. Un
petit delincant qui poignarde une personne pour recuperer sa mobilette
purge une peine de 20 ans de travaux forces sans la moindre chance d'etre
gracies, mais un dictateur qui detourne des milliards de Frs CFA et fait
lachement massacrer des centaines de jeunes filles et garcons, est
parcontre recompense avec l'argent que vous, moi, nos papas, nos mamans et
nos freres et soeurs ont fait rentrer dans les caisses de l'Etat.
Voici une vraie raison de declencher la desobeissance civile !!!

I am trying to figure out if this "economic/blood trial" has any sense. Why
should Mr. Traore deserve this privilege? If he should, why don't they tell
every body that he was not guilty and rather blame the real killers of our
fellow malians. Who Knows, maybe they feel guilty about what they did and

trying to hide/cover things from malian people. Anyway they're not going be
