I am writing to you because my daughter will be spending her junior year of high school in France, near Lyons in the Rhone-Alps department of France. We are African Americans, and we are very interested in her connecting with other people of color during her stay. Can you refer us to African, Asian, and Caribbean organizations in France and in the Lyons area in particular? We are particularly interested in social groups, clubs, social organizations, sports, music, the arts, etc. Any assistance you can offer will be deeply appreciated.
