Just wanna say that the reason for the difference in prices may be due to the exchange rate between USD and EUR/CFA. Remember the dollar has los value from 2002 to 2003. Tt may be worth calculating to see whether this does reflect the exchange rate.

But it's been half a year and I still do not have a new passport. Hopefully,
Mali still has the right to issue its own passports...
On another note, I hope they will save us the ridicule of arabic in the new
passports.
